We are always looking at ways to become more consistent with our service delivery without compromising quality of care. 

As such, we are going to shift to a 12pm check-in and 12pm check-out structure for our overnight in-home pet sitting services. On the first and last day of care, we will charge a half day fee if we are requested up to an additional 5 hours of care on either side of 12pm and a full day fee if we are requested beyond 5 hours on either side of 12pm.

This is a change we are implementing effective immediately so it may impact existing bookings.
